SMS Terms: VisionFI Document Intake

1. Program description

VisionFI Document Intake is a text messaging (SMS/MMS) program operated by VISIONFI, LLC ("VisionFI"). During an active lending session on the VisionFI platform (for example, a voice or video conversation), the screen shows a VisionFI phone number and a one-time session code. You may choose to text that number, usually with the session code and a photo of a document needed for that session, such as a driver's license or a vehicle identification number (VIN). VisionFI receives your message and attaches it to your active session.

This program is for document intake only. It does not send marketing, promotions, rate quotes, loan offers, preapprovals, collections messages, or unsolicited messages.

2. How you opt in

You opt in by sending the first text message to the VisionFI number shown during your active session. By texting that number, you agree to receive transactional text messages from VisionFI about your document submission, plus automated replies to STOP and HELP. VisionFI does not text you unless you text first.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages to buy any product or service. Texting is just one way to complete the document step of your active session. If you prefer, ask your session representative for another way to provide your documents.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency is low. VisionFI usually sends no more than one confirmation message per document submission during an active session, plus replies to STOP and HELP.

4. Cost

Msg & data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to messages you send and receive. VisionFI does not charge for this program.

5. Opting out (STOP)

You can cancel at any time. Text STOP to the VisionFI number. You can also text UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, QUIT, END, or REVOKE. You will receive one final message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and after that you will receive no further messages from this program. To rejoin, text START to the same number.

7. Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your mobile carrier and device and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers. Not every carrier may support MMS.

8. Privacy

We use your phone number and messages only to operate this program. We will not sell or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

9. Your responsibilities

Only send documents that belong to you, or that you are authorized to share, for your active session. Do not send unrelated content. If you change or deactivate your mobile number, text STOP from that number first.

10. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date above.
